Formula 1 hospitality does not get much closer to the action than a private rooftop overlooking the circuit. For this year’s Azerbaijan Grand Prix, Four Seasons Hotel Baku is pairing that view with Champagne, caviar and one of the best seats in the city.
The new Champagne Suite is set inside one of Jaleh Spa’s VIP rooftop suites, with a private balcony looking directly over the Baku City Circuit. From there, guests can watch the action with views stretching towards the Caspian Sea promenade and marina.
It also coincides with the 2026 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, taking place from September 24 to 26. Practice takes place on Thursday, qualifying follows on Friday and the race itself is scheduled for Saturday, September 26.
Watching from the suite comes with a few extras you definitely would not get in a regular grandstand. Four Seasons says guests can settle in with chilled Champagne, caviar-topped bites and other premium refreshments as the cars make their way through the city below.
Once the track action is over, there is more to the experience than the rooftop view. Guests can visit Jaleh Spa’s daylit Romanesque-style indoor pool, gym and other spa facilities during their stay.
Step outside the hotel and the race-weekend atmosphere is never far away. Four Seasons Hotel Baku sits beside the UNESCO-listed Old City, with the waterfront close by and the street circuit running through the surrounding city centre. Guests are right in the middle of the action without giving up the privacy of the hotel.
Four Seasons has not published a price for the Champagne Suite, so anyone interested will need to contact the hotel’s reservations or spa team directly for details.
Baku gives the race a backdrop unlike most others, with its 3.73 mile street circuit weaving through modern parts of the city and its historic centre. The track joined the championship in 2016 before hosting the first Azerbaijan Grand Prix the following year.
If a packed grandstand is not quite your idea of Formula 1 hospitality, a private rooftop with Champagne and circuit views sounds like a pretty comfortable alternative.

Formula 1 has been moving in an increasingly more premium direction for a while now, so it should be no surprise to see a champagne-filled viewing station in a fancy hotel as part of proceedings.
Some fans really do get upset over these events, too. But I think it’s all for the good of the sport – more eyes on the racing is a positive, whether those eyes are swayed by caviar or sat under a poncho in the grandstand.
