Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai in Hoi An, Vietnam has opened its first newly renovated Signature Three-Bedroom Pool Villas, introducing a refreshed look for the resort’s larger private stays.
The launch includes two redesigned villas: the Signature Ocean-View Three-Bedroom Pool Villa and the Signature Beachfront Three-Bedroom Pool Villa. Both are part of the resort’s Three-Bedroom Pool Villa collection and follow the completion of its One-Bedroom and Family Villa renovations in December 2025.
Designed for families and groups travelling together, the villas combine generous indoor space with private outdoor areas facing Ha My Beach and the East Sea. The Ocean-View villa offers wide coastal views, while the Beachfront villa sits directly on the shoreline with uninterrupted ocean views and direct beach access.
The redesign was led by HBA Singapore and takes inspiration from the traditional garden houses of Hue. Four Seasons says the aim was to preserve the original spirit of the resort while introducing a lighter, more contemporary coastal feel.
Inside, the villas use calming colours, soft furnishings, natural finishes and dark timber details to create a warmer, more open atmosphere. Local materials and craftsmanship also help keep the design connected to Vietnam.
Each bedroom features a reimagined “sleep temple”, with a raised canopy-style bed, soft drapery and pendant lighting inspired by the Non La hat. Expanded bathrooms include garden access and outdoor rain showers, strengthening the indoor-outdoor feel.
The living spaces have also been opened up, with bay windows, daybeds and a smoother flow towards the terraces. Outside, guests have access to an enhanced infinity pool, recessed seating and private landscaped gardens.
The villas can also be paired with private experiences such as floating breakfasts, yoga or meditation sessions, poolside cocktails, barbecue dinners and personalised dining under the stars.
Guests staying in the Signature Pool Villas receive added benefits, including roundtrip airport transfers within Hoi An and Da Nang, personal attendant service, daily laundry and a bottle of Nam Hai Negroni per bedroom.
