The home has nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, making it less a private house and more a full luxury compound. Its current setup also includes a full-scale auto display showroom, which Maxim reports houses the real Aston Martin featured in 2012’s Skyfall.
For Bond fans, the most obvious detail may be the hidden poker room. It gives the home a playful link to the character’s gambling scenes, while still fitting into the wider theme of secretive, high-gloss luxury.
The estate also includes a two-level couture boutique closet, a wellness pavilion, a theatre wing with a 309-inch MicroLED screen and an Amazon rainforest-themed indoor pool. Outside, the property continues the resort-like feel with covered patios, shaded dining areas, lounge spaces and a fully equipped summer kitchen.
Sports facilities add another layer, including a basketball court and pickleball court. The wider estate sits on 2.5 acres, giving the home enough room to feel like a private retreat while still being built for entertaining.
Douglas Elliman describes the listing as a blend of modern luxury and cinematic drama, which seems fitting for a property designed around one of film’s most recognisable spies.
